Refund policy

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. The item must be returned in perfect condition unused and in original packaging including dust bag. Any returns damaged or returned without original packaging may not be accepted and can be sent back to the customer. Please be aware that returns are the responsibility of our customers. Please email us on customercare@itsmashu.com in order to receive your returns authorisation and instructions.

Once your order has been received and inspected please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method. We will contact you to let you know we have received your item and are processing your refund. For more information on returns or exchange contact us via customercare@itsmashu.com

Please note: we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please note: Any return delivery and clearance costs incurred by you when returning products are non-reimbursable or refundable.
